Arcadia Towers, a leading Midwest developer of wireless cell tower infrastructure, have unveiled their new brand via a new website.
CEO Sam Johnston says, “We’ve expanded our service offerings and our expertise since our founding in 2005. We believed it was time to show what we can do for all of our customers and to do it in a way that explains how we’re different from other cell tower companies.”
In addition to a new, more professional look, the website offers greatly expanded editorial content including their point of view on everything from expanded service in rural areas, the ability to help commercial property owners increase value through antennae leases, and the importance of cell tower infrastructure on school campuses.
“Our coverage is really broad,” quipped John Rolander, a partner and Chief Development Officer, “and the reason for that is how many customer types we service. To the national carriers, we can solve location needs for RF engineers, and to their real estate managers, we can build or co-locate with efficiency and the ability to quickly mitigate issues.”
Mr. Rolander went on to speak of their expertise in areas rarely served by other cell tower providers — municipalities and schools.
“Most other cell tower companies don’t have the experience working within local governments, or understand the multilayered complexities of working with school boards and community groups. We have, and we’re able to navigate those challenging waters with speed and transparency.”John Rolander, Chief Development Officer
One of the most significant services offered by Arcadia Towers is called, “Strategic Sighting,” which includes the ability to produce a list of valuable pre-approved site locations that carrier clients can capitalize on, quickly.
“We’ve made significant investments in technology that culminated in Strategic Sighting. As a result, all of our customers benefit,” explains Mr. Johnston. “Carriers can rapidly deploy a 5G antenna on these sites because we already hold the rights. Commercial property owners, municipalities, and school systems can work with us to more effectively market their locations to carriers, potentially speeding the acquisition of much-desired coverage. The results range from increased tax revenues for munis to improved safety and educational options for school systems. It really is a win-win.”
Arcadia Towers, LLC is a wireless infrastructure real estate investment trust (REIT) founded in 2005.
